Identity Management Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Identity Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Cyber: Identity Team, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing positive working relationships with teams and clients.

  • You will be part of the development and configuration of identity solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
  • Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes.
  • Develop custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.
  • Assist in the creation of technical documentation and training materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working in Identity-IGA Domain with minimum 2 years of experience in Identity Platforms.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Experience in working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Saviynt certification(s) preferred.
