Our organization is seeking a seasoned Consultant to join its Cyber Identity Team.

  • The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of identity governance and administration (IGA) processes, including recertification, segregation of duties, access request, and role-based access control.
  • Experience with integrating SailPoint IIQ with core systems, such as ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, PAM, and other identified applications, is crucial for success in this role.
  • A strong background in configuring connectors to onboard applications, leveraging both out-of-the-box options like Web Service and custom solutions, is also essential.
  • The successful candidate will develop and maintain comprehensive access policies and rules within SailPoint to enforce access controls and mitigate risks.
  • In addition, the Consultant will design and implement automated workflows and lifecycle management processes to streamline identity lifecycle events and enhance efficiency.
  • Effective communication and demonstration of SailPoint's capabilities to stakeholders are vital skills for this position.
  • The Consultant will also create and maintain insightful reports and audit trails to monitor identity and access activities and ensure compliance.
  • Collaboration with security teams to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and threats related to identity and access management is an important aspect of this role.

The Consultant will provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training to ensure successful system adoption and ongoing operations.
