About this Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Specialist to lead the onboarding of applications, foster collaboration with application owners, and drive integration efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for onboarding applications.
  • Engage with application owners to understand their systems and facilitate seamless integration processes.
  • Gather comprehensive information relevant to the IAM process within each application.
  • Collaborate with internal engineers to design and implement custom development required by app teams.
  • Work closely with multiple application teams to ensure timely completion of integration tasks.
  • Maintain accurate status updates for all onboarded applications.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience in IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst.
  • Proven expertise in Identity Mapping and Source/Target application configuration for attributes.
  • Experience in developing custom workflows for LCM/JLM Provisioning.
  • Proficiency in administering, implementing, and supporting SailPoint-based Identity and Access Management solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills for RBAC analysis and implementation.
  • Ability to launch certification campaigns and oversee remediation processes.
  • Hands-on experience with forms, Identity Triggers, quick links, Rules, Email templates, and custom reports.
  • Knowledge of Life Cycle Management events like Joiner, Leaver, and Manager Transfer.
  • Success in onboarding various applications into the IGA system, including JDBC, Delimited File, Logical, Active Directory, and LDAP applications.
