Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing positive working relationships with teams and clients to exceed client expectations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and configure identity solutions to meet client requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Design and implement robust identity lifecycle management processes using industry-leading tools and technologies.
  • Develop custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Assist in the creation of technical documentation and training materials, facilitating knowledge transfer and best practices adoption.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working in identity-IGA domains, with a strong focus on Saviynt Identity Platform.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, including security protocols and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell, with experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Saviynt certification(s) preferred, but not required.
