Job Title: Cloud Security Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Security Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Security, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), PaaS Security, and Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC). This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust security frameworks and risk controls across Oracle Cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Role Management: Design and manage user roles, data security, and access controls within Oracle Fusion Applications.
  • Security Policy Implementation: Implement and maintain security policies in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • PaaS Security Configuration: Configure and monitor PaaS-level security and compliance requirements.
  • Risk Management: Lead the setup and continuous improvement of Oracle Risk Management Cloud, including Advanced Financial Controls (AFC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD), Advance Access Controls (AAC) and Financial reporting Compliance (FRC), Advance Access Request (AAR) modules.
  • Risk Assessments and Audits: Perform risk assessments and compliance audits, supporting internal and external regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business and technical teams to align security controls with business processes.
  • Incident Response: Respond to security incidents and perform root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Security (Fusion, OCI, and PaaS).
  • Risk Management Expertise: Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud Risk Management (RMC) and related governance frameworks.
  • Access Control Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SoD, role-based access control (RBAC), and audit policies.
  • Identity and Access Management: Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Certifications: Oracle certifications (preferred but not required).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Compliance Standards: Experience with compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR.
  • Automation and Monitoring Tools: Knowledge of automation and monitoring tools related to cloud security.
