Advanced Identity Operations Specialist

We are seeking an Identity Operations Engineer with a proven track record of experience in managing complex identity landscapes. This long-term contract position will involve collaborating with one of the world's leading technology companies based in Bangalore.
Key characteristics include ability to navigate ambiguous problems, think abstractly and perform rigorous requirements analysis.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and effective documentation of solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint identity secure cloud, two-step verification, application used for it, difference between authentication and authorization, role-based access control, database management and data structure knowledge
Experience with modern Identity and Access Management products is highly desirable, particularly with SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint ISC, MS Entra ID, CyberArk. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing IAM solutions within a complex landscape involving 100+ applications of various integration types.
- Significant experience in designing Role Based Access Control systems, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, Identity lifecycle management, JML workflow
- Experience in modern authentication methodologies such as SAML based Federation, OAuth 2.0, OpenID, etc.
- Contributions to SOC/Sox internal and external audits
- Experience working with Agile teams
