Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 12 years of experience in investor servicing or fund operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong client management experience with global asset managers, fund administrators, or custodians.
  • In-depth understanding of investor servicing processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; professional certifications (CA, CPA, CFA) preferred.
Responsibilities:
  1. Own end-to-end strategy, service delivery, client engagement, and business growth within the investor servicing domain.
  2. Primary liaison for global asset managers; lead governance forums and ensure service alignment with client objectives.
  3. Oversee multiple service lines—such as fund accounting, transfer agency, investor onboarding, AML/KYC, and reporting—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
  4. Monitor team utilization, productivity, and commercial performance; track SLA adherence, KPIs, and performance scorecards to drive accountability.
  5. Maintain robust control frameworks to ensure audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
  6. Lead process transformation through automation (RPA, AI), technology adoption, and workflow optimization.
  7. Develop talent capabilities through structured training, cross-skilling, and succession planning.
  8. Foster a culture of operational excellence, client centricity, and continuous improvement across teams and functions.
