About Our Venture Capital Fund

We are a Venture Capital Fund that invests in revenue-positive Indian startups solving core Indian problems.

Our investment strategy focuses on investing in Seed Rounds, targeting disciplined 18–24 month exits with 3× returns.

Role Overview

As a Venture Fund Associate, you will be part of our core team, working directly under the Managing Director, and will be responsible for sourcing investors, structuring deals, closing deals, evaluating startups, managing due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal Sourcing: Identify potential investments through networks, events, inbound leads, accelerators, and referrals.
  • Evaluation of Investments: Analyze business models, financials, traction, and scalability of potential investments.
  • Due Diligence: Support legal, financial, and compliance checks on shortlisted startups.
  • Portfolio Support: Work with portfolio companies on fundraising, growth strategy, and performance tracking.
  • Market Research: Conduct deep dives into sectors, prepare market maps, and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Fund Operations: Assist with investment memos, reporting to LPs, and internal fund documentation.
  • Ecosystem Building: Represent our fund at startup events, demo days, and founder meetings.
Requirements
  • A completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 6-12 Months of experience in VC, PE, consulting, investment banking, or startup strategy.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Strong networking skills and prior built-up network.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean team environment.
