Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales Team to execute day-to-day bond trades.
  • Compile and share daily investment options with vendors, ensuring updates on existing products.
  • Make cash flows and pricing decisions for ongoing/available bonds.
  • Train Sales Team on available products at the Desk, focusing on last-mile conversion and joint client call support.
  • Resolve post-sales queries for clients/Sales Team.
  • Regularly track debt instrument ratings and update the team on upgrades/downgrades.
  • Monitor Debt MF Baskets on a regular basis.
  • Develop creative ways to promote onboarded debt products and circulate them to the team.
  • Conduct research and analyze various investment products in the fixed income market.
  • Understand positioning and pitch for each strategy, ideating new product strategies and preparing marketing materials.
  • Partner with AMCs to develop new products, prepare marketing materials, and create presentations/content.
  • Drive business growth in Fixed Income and Structured Products via Sales Team and Digital medium.
  • Increase productivity, business mobilization, revenue, and penetration among the client base for Fixed Income.
  • Establish synergy with different verticals of the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree with 2-4 years of experience in Fixed Income or related fields.
  • NISM-Series-XXII certification (desired but not mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to make quick and effective decisions in situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
