Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on experience in configuring and managing compensation plans, quotas, credit rules, and paysheet processing using Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation module.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to analyze business requirements and configure solutions that meet client needs. This includes identifying and resolving issues, providing enhancement support, and conducting end-user training.

As a consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions to achieve those goals.

It is essential to be able to join our team within 30 days from the offer acceptance. We are open to both full-time employees and contractors for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Configuration expertise: Proficiency in configuring and managing Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation module
  • Compensation planning: Experience in building and implementing compensation plans, quotas, and credit rules
  • Issue resolution: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation
  • Training and support: Proven skills in conducting end-user training and providing enhancement support
