Deliver Strategic Insights

This role involves tracking program adoption and performance metrics, supporting team collaboration and planning activities, and assisting with program governance and curation of appropriate audience-based reporting.

The ideal candidate will have experience collecting and tracking risks, issues, and performance metrics, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and project management tools (e.g., Planview, Jira, Smartsheets).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track execution of Integrated PMO activities by monitoring key metrics and summarizing insights into executive-level readouts on regular cadence
  • Create updates to metrics dashboards within centralized project management tools
  • Log and monitor risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating as needed
  • Support preparation and facilitation of integrated planning workshops and updates to the GBS integrated plan
  • Prepare reporting packages for leadership meetings, such as company platform and segment updates
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management
  • Ability to synthesize data into executive-level summaries and dashboards
  • Skilled in preparing leadership meeting materials and planning workshop content
