Job Overview

This is an opportunity to work as a Technical Business Analyst in enterprise data platform operations.

The successful candidate will focus on process improvement, cloud cost management, automation, and infrastructure support. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

About the Position

The position involves analyzing workflows and processes to identify optimization opportunities. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing KPIs, dashboards, and reports for leadership insights.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze workflows and processes to identify areas of improvement.
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators, dashboards, and reports for executive stakeholders.
  • Support FinOps initiatives including cloud cost optimization and vendor management.
  • Contribute to infrastructure operations, resiliency planning, and automation.
  • Assist in lifecycle management of IT platform products.

Required Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python or R programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and FinOps practices.
  • Strong skills in data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring, IaC, and CI/CD analytics.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with big data analytics platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of FinOps or cloud cost management.
  • Familiarity with utilities/Energy industry.
  • Understanding of ITIL or operational excellence frameworks.
  • AWS / FinOps certifications.
