Data Insights Specialist Job Opening

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering leadership assessments and 360 surveys for clients on internal and external platforms.
- Gathering project requirements, assessment/simulation setup, and delivery, including reporting setup and delivery with designed scoring and generated results.
- Collating scores for different tools to maintain databases.
- Analyzing scores to generate industry benchmarks and norms for various markets.
- Creating dashboards using MS Power Apps/Tableau/PowerBI.
- Effective communication skills, strong teamwork, and collaboration with stakeholders are essential.
- Identifying innovative ways to improve current methods and operating independently with domain knowledge.
- Previous experience in Operations and Project Management is preferred.
- Stakeholder management, strict timelines, and high-quality deliverables are mandatory.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as training and capability development for junior analysts, are also required.
Key Requirements:
- Advanced analytical skills to create insights from data.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of statistics, correlation, variance, standard deviation, and regression is necessary.
- Preferred knowledge of Tableau for data presentation.
This role requires flexibility, initiative-taking, accountability, a collaborative approach, and a self-motivated go-getter attitude.
