This individual will be responsible for creating engaging content, fostering discussions, and developing effective social media strategies to drive brand awareness and support community growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Building & Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to grow a vibrant online community, fostering a sense of belonging and loyalty.
  • Content Curation & Moderation: Curate and create compelling content relevant to the community, and actively moderate discussions to ensure a positive environment.
  • Online Event Management: Plan, organize, promote, and execute online events, managing all aspects from concept to post-event analysis.
  • Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement, managing key social media channels in terms of calendar, posting content, and performance reporting.
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify and manage relationships with key industry influencers to amplify our message and drive community participation.
  • Market Analysis & GTM Strategy: Analyze market trends and community insights to identify new opportunities, developing tailored Go-To-Market strategies for online events marketing.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Collect and analyze community feedback, providing insights for product/service improvement and reporting on community growth and engagement metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven 3+ years experience in community management, social media management, and online event management.
  • Demonstrable success in building and engaging online communities.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially for event planning.
