Senior Communications Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a senior communications manager to lead our corporate communication and brand positioning strategy for the Indian market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining a consistent brand identity, voice, and messaging framework across all touchpoints such as the website, social media, media, employee communication, etc.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or brand management, preferably in fintech, BFSI, payments, or regulated industries. Strong experience in media relations, reputation strategy, and stakeholder storytelling is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Communication & Brand Building
    • Develop and lead our corporate communication and brand positioning strategy for the Indian market
    • Define and maintain a consistent brand identity, voice, and messaging framework across all touchpoints
  • Media Relations & Thought Leadership
    • Build and manage strong relationships with India's top-tier business, technology, and fintech media
    • Drive positive coverage through press releases, features, media interviews, and authored articles
  • Online Reputation Management
    • Lead ORM across platforms (Google, review sites, news portals, forums) using monitoring and sentiment tools
    • Develop proactive response strategies to misinformation or negative sentiment
