Job Title: Corporate Asset Recovery Specialist

Job Description

As a Corporate Asset Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for managing mid-market and emerging large corporates, monitoring borrower accounts, and maintaining updates on developments in respective borrower accounts.

You will also advise borrowers in turnaround situations, develop sustainable business plans, and participate in rehabilitation packages. Additionally, you will manage stressed assets, interact with companies, monitor performance, and adhere to stipulated terms.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of relevant work experience in banking, asset recovery consulting, or big four consultancy firms.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis, various industries, RBI guidelines for stressed assets, and restructuring.
  • Reasonable knowledge of legal forums and applicable laws, including the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), SARFAESI, commercial suits, and contract laws.
  • Excellent note-making skills and strong command over written and spoken communication.
