Software Asset Management (SAM):

  2. Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and avoid audit risks by identifying unused licenses and optimizing software spending.
  3. Generate compliance and usage reports for stakeholders and audits.
General Responsibilities:
  1. Create and manage ITAM/ITOM dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to support business decision-making.
  2. Contribute to process design for Global Asset Management aligned with industry frameworks and best practices.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement asset management processes & solutions.
  4. Monitor and resolve integration issues with other IT systems.
  5. Design and maintain dashboards and reports for hardware and software assets.
  6. Provide training and support to end-users on HAM/SAM processes and tools.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT Asset Management.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM and SAM processes & modules.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, especially asset and configuration management.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Create and manage custom scripts, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript and other relevant languages.
  • Implement and configure SAM and HAM modules to meet organizational needs.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST, SOAP, JDBC, and other technologies.
  • Strong understanding of software licensing models (e.g., perpetual, subscription, SaaS).
