Job Overview

  • Manage and maintain fixed asset registers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Oversee the insurance of fixed assets, including renewal, addition, deletion, and claims processing.
  • Responsibly create and dispose of assets in Oracle Fusion, guaranteeing timely GST invoice issuance.
  • Verify that all assets are properly tagged and recorded within the system.
  • Coordinate yearly fixed asset verifications with branches and vendors.
  • Develop comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports related to fixed assets.
  • Collaborate with various user departments for efficient issue resolution.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Possess an MBA or M.com degree, or equivalent qualifications, accompanied by at least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of accounting principles and entries.
  • Display extensive knowledge of fixed asset accounting.
  • Show working proficiency in TDS and GST regulations.
  • Exhibit expertise in MIS reporting, tracking tools, and MS Excel applications.
  • Hold hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion environments.
