HR Employee Relations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Employee Relations Leader to spearhead our employee relations efforts.
Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with employees, fostering a positive work environment.
You will address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
A key aspect of this role is staying up-to-date on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends.
You will ensure company compliance with all applicable labor laws and develop policies in line with these laws.
You will also visit various company sites to assess employee relations and compliance.
An added responsibility will be to mediate and resolve employee disputes and conflicts in a fair and impartial manner.
Furthermore, you will provide guidance to management on handling complex employee relations issues.
This role also involves developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
You will conduct training sessions for employees and management on labor laws, compliance, and best practices.
Your expertise will foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
