Senior Tax Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in statutory compliances, transfer pricing, and tax audits to fill this challenging position.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review Tax Audits, Transfer Pricing documentation, Income Tax Returns, and statutory forms based on applicable provisions.
- Conduct thorough research and prepare appeals, submissions, and documentation for cases before tax authorities.
- Assist seniors in representing cases before tax authorities.
- Provide consultancy on TDS applicability and withholding tax implications for domestic and international transactions.
- Advise on employee tax structures and incentives to ensure tax-efficient compensation planning.
- Coordinate with overseas consultants to finalize tax returns as per local laws and analyze cross-border tax implications.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations while providing value-added tax advisory services.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in taxation, compliance, and audit.
- Proficient in Income Tax Law, computation, tax audits, and transfer pricing.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with SAP.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and drafting abilities.
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA dropout with relevant experience.
