We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a key role within Indirect Tax Litigation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can handle complex engagements related to Indirect Tax Laws, Appeals, Representation before various forums, investigation handholding, Litigation Management Service, Tax Restructuring, Tax Advisory and consulting pertaining to GST, Customs, Service Tax, VAT, and Excise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and lead client service delivery
  • Act as a trusted business advisor and provide strategic guidance on client issues
Fostering Commercial Acumen:
  • Stay up-to-date on global trends, emerging industry issues, and best practices to advise clients effectively
Driving Marketing & Business Development:
  • Create and manage strong, independent relationships with senior-level clients, expanding the client base and driving business growth
  • Leverage internal and external networks to build and grow the firm's business
Leadership & Teamwork:
  • Take a leadership role when necessary and foster a climate of high performance within the team
  • Work effectively in cross-service-line engagements and serve as a role model, mentor, and coach
Essential Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Indirect Tax laws and related regulations
  • Strong analytical and research skills, along with attention to detail
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to represent clients in judicial forums

Requirements: CA or Law Graduate from a known Law School with a strong academic track record and 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in Indirect tax in the field of Indirect Tax Litigation or Advisory.
