We are seeking a highly skilled Reddit Community Engagement Specialist to identify, engage and convert potential clients through Reddit communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research relevant subreddits where target clients are active and develop effective strategies for outreach.
  • Build authentic presence by contributing valuable posts, comments and discussions that align with community guidelines.
  • Hunt for client opportunities by identifying pain points, questions and demand signals within subreddits.
  • Execute successful outreach strategies (DMs, comments, posts) while complying with Reddit rules.
  • Track and report leads generated through Reddit activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to ensure aligned messaging.
  • Monitor subreddit trends, competitor activity and engagement opportunities to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Reddit marketing, community management or lead generation with a strong understanding of Reddit culture, etiquette and anti-spam rules.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone per subreddit.
  • Experience in client hunting, B2B/B2C lead generation or social selling with a focus on results-driven outcomes.
  • Familiarity with tools for Reddit monitoring, scheduling and analytics is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and results-driven with a passion for building strong online relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a growth, business development or community manager role with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge of content marketing & outreach automation with the ability to craft engaging posts that spark discussions.
KPIs (Success Metrics):
  • Number of qualified leads generated from Reddit.
  • Engagement rate on posts and comments.
  • Growth of brand visibility within targeted subreddits.
  • Conversion rate from Reddit leads to clients.
