Community Ambassador Opportunity

We are looking for a community-aware and self-driven individual to join our early growth team. This role involves reaching out to Telegram, Discord, and other community admins, and onboarding them to Earnpaste.

This is a remote, commission-based position that requires strong communication and messaging skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with the right community admins, explaining how Earnpaste operates, its advantages, and how it surpasses competitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with community admins on Telegram, Discord, and other platforms
  • Provide educational content and support to help interested admins get the most out of Earnpaste
  • Track reports and usage via a shared tracker to ensure high-quality onboarding results

What You'll Earn:

  • ₹500 per successful onboarding (when the admin uses Earnpaste actively for 7+ days)
  • Performance bonuses for high-volume onboarding
  • Long-term role opportunities based on performance

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with community platforms such as Telegram, Discord, Reddit, or others
  • Fluency in English
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in community outreach, influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, or digital promotion
