The Role:

  • Establish presence in trading communities - Become an active, trusted member of key platforms like Reddit, Discord, and Telegram
  • Drive user engagement - Identify and convert potential users through personalized outreach and demos
  • Forge partnerships - Build relationships with trading institutions, broker offices, and educational platforms
  • Personalize onboarding - Ensure new users understand and actively use the product
  • Create and nurture user communities - Facilitate knowledge sharing and engagement
  • Conduct growth experiments - Test acquisition channels, measure results, and scale what works
  • Owning performance metrics - Take full responsibility for user acquisition and activation targets

You'll Be Successful If:

  • You possess a deep understanding of the Indian trading ecosystem
  • You have a proven track record in user acquisition with measurable results
  • You have experience building or managing large-scale communities (1000+ members)
  • You're comfortable with both digital and in-person engagement strategies
  • You can effectively conduct product demonstrations
  • You have an analytical mindset with experience in growth metrics
