Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at Msigma Gokulam.
As a Sales and Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business leads through online channels and build strong relationships with potential customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our services and products.
- Manage sales pipeline and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 4-3 years of sales or business development experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Edtech experience is an added advantage.
We offer a competitive salary of ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month, along with incentives up to 1 lakh based on achieving sales targets and performance.
In addition to the salary, we also provide health insurance and provident fund benefits.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and technology, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
