We are currently seeking a skilled Telecom Professional to join our team. As a Telecom Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing telecommunications systems, ensuring seamless communication networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair telecommunications systems, including copper and fiber optic cables.
  • Terminate and patch cables as per standard datacenter and outdoor protocols.
  • Install and configure network equipment, including servers, switches, routers, and chassis.
  • Detect and replace faulty components, such as SFPs, patch cords, or transceivers.
  • Utilize testing tools, like power meters and OTDRs, to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Provide remote access and perform basic configurations on devices.
  • Document and report findings and recommendations to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in telecommunications maintenance and repair.
  • Knowledge of power cable termination and low current work for CCTV, AP, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
