We are seeking a skilled professional to manage international benefits administration, payroll processes, and system integrations within the Darwin benefits administration platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incidents and track them to closure in our incident tracking system.
  • Monitor integration failures and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
  • Support and own the Process Manager in Darwin box to mark payroll completion.
  • Review pre- and post-payroll close queries for discrepancies before data flows to the payroll team.
Benefits Administration:
  • Manage annual benefits enrollment windows and approve exceptions for qualified life events (e.g., marriage, childbirth).
  • Maintain and update site content on the benefits portal in case of vendor changes, additions, or contact details updates.
Reporting & Analysis:
  • Generate, analyze, and publish benefits reports with key statistics on a periodic basis.
  • Ensure accuracy and structured reporting to internal stakeholders and clients.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Darwin benefits administration tool: Strong hands-on experience managing benefits administration and payroll workflows.
  • Project Management: Ability to drive defect resolutions, vendor coordination, and process improvements.
  • JIRA & Ticket Management: Experience in handling incident tracking tools.
  • Workday & MS Office Skills: Strong knowledge of Workday HR, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis), and MS Office Suite.
  • Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve complex benefits-related issues.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Strong English communication skills for engaging with international clients, payroll teams, and vendors.
  • Experience in International Benefits (non-US) - Mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working on pilot processes and creating process documentation.
  • Prior experience in international (non-US) benefits administration.
  • 4-9 years of experience in international benefits and Darwin box.
