Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead teams in delivering high-quality client services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

Main Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Define implementation for projects, execute tasks, complete deliverables, coordinate staffing, and monitor results.
  • Client Engagement: Effectively manage client communications and expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Delivery team to recommend and deliver best-in-class services.
  • Project Updates: Present project statuses to executive team and other stakeholders.
  • Risk Mitigation: Manage risks to the successful completion of the project. Identify, classify, prioritize, mitigate, and develop contingency plans for risks appropriately.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage issues and changes to the scope of the project.
  • Leadership Skills: Work as a team player and leader in order to effectively coordinate across functional teams.
  • Process Enhancement: Ensure high throughput of development teams by identifying potential issues and roadblocks and working on preventing or eliminating them.
  • Deliverable Development: Support creation of high-quality client deliverables, including executive level updates, meeting facilitation decks, project status reports, vendor reports, project trackers, meeting minutes, final recommendations, and contract redlines.
  • Autonomy and Accountability: Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while consistently delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Governance Compliance: Exercise sound judgement and oversight to ensure integrity and compliance with company policies in all activities and communications while fostering organization's core values and behaviors.
  • Talent Growth: Create environment for growth of development team competencies and expertise via collaboration with a tech lead role representative.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Project Management Expertise: 10 - 12 years or more experience of being dedicated, full-time Project Manager of teams 10+.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: A working knowledge of pharmaceutical, special pharmacy, patient services or related industries.
  • Service Line: Pharma / Biotech; Patient Support Program.
  • Drug Development: Knowledge of Drug development is a must.
  • Communication: A self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision. Strong oral and written communication skills, a polished executive presence, and the ability to influence.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong proficiency in Excel a plus. Working experience with European/USA clients. Advanced level of skills in Salesforce/Hubspot.
