Job Title: Leadership Development Strategist

A seasoned professional is sought to spearhead the organization's learning and talent development strategy.

This strategic role will oversee the creation, execution, and management of a comprehensive learning culture, ensuring employees at all levels have access to the tools, resources, and training needed to grow and succeed in their roles.

  • Develop and implement a company-wide learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals, culture, and values.
  • Partner with senior leadership and HR teams to assess organizational learning needs and identify areas for development across departments.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure L&D program effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
  • Program Design and Delivery: Lead the design and delivery of leadership development programs, employee skill-building initiatives, technical training, compliance training, and other learning opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and career growth within the organization.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Manage a team of L&D professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
  • Ensure the team is well-equipped to support the organization's learning needs, from technical to soft skills development.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience: 12+ years of experience in Learning and Development or Organizational Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale learning programs in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and talent development best practices.
