
Senior Customer Advocate

We are seeking a driven professional to partner with us in executing engagement campaigns that ensure the integrity of software use worldwide.
This role is focused on engaging with organizations identified for software misuse, building persuasive conversations, and converting them into licensed customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with clients identified in compliance investigations, persuading them to purchase valid licenses.
- Manage compliance and piracy campaigns from initial notification through resolution.
- Analyze and process case data for CRM updates, reporting, and follow-up actions.
- Generate and qualify leads to support ongoing campaign engagement.
- Document outcomes and contribute to process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer engagement, or similar persuasion-driven roles.
- Proven ability to meet goals in high-pressure, target-driven environments.
- Proficiency in English with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with omni-channel outreach (calls, email, video conferencing).
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and rejection.
