We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Banking Analyst to join our organization. As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting clients with their fundraising needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create deal documents such as pitch decks, financial models, business plans, teasers, etc. for clients across sectors and geographies as well as stages of their business operations.
- Advise and consult clients by structuring their funding rounds in light of the current market conditions & suitable investor needs.
- Ensure quality services are delivered to the client.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and manage multiple deals together.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of prior Investment Banking/Investment Analyst experience is preferred.
- CFA Level 1 or 2 passed candidates preferred.
