Senior Fundraising Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our development team as a Senior Fundraising Specialist. This role will be responsible for researching and identifying new funding opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing donors, and contributing to the development of fundraising proposals and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential funding sources, including foundations, corporations, and high net worth individuals
  • Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and ensure timely follow-up on grant applications and proposals
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase donor engagement and retention
Proposals & Communications:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling fundraising proposals and reports
  • Ensure all communication materials align with our organization's brand and messaging
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in fundraising and philanthropy
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of successful fundraising and development experience
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
