Job Title: Channel Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding channel partners, brokers, and agents, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with external property consultants.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sourcing or channel partner development, with a strong local market knowledge of Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and Raigad.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and onboard channel partners, brokers, and agents.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with external property consultants.
  3. Source verified clients through partner networks and references.
  4. Drive registrations and bookings by activating channel partner network.
  5. Plan and execute broker meets and field visits.
  6. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead flow.
  7. Provide regular feedback and market intelligence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sourcing or channel partner development.
  • Strong local market knowledge of Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and Raigad.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, field-oriented, and result-focused.
  • Owning a vehicle is preferred.
