Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Channel Operations Manager to oversee our Delivery center's I H S operations, EDSP management, and performance management. This role is responsible for driving the operational plan, managing teams, and fostering growth with Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Identification: Identifying new retail stores for acquisition and induction within a specified timeframe.
  • Account Management: Managing and growing Channel partners' stores business with Amazon.
  • Field Visits: Conducting regular visits to targeted stores to monitor progress and provide coaching.
  • Training and Development: Delivering training on Amazon processes, products, and operating models to team members.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyzing store performance, business with Amazon, and publishing recommendations and action plans based on data insights.
  • Team Leadership: Building and managing a multi-layer team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
