Office Head/Studio Director

  • This role is focused on establishing and leading a global client's office in Mumbai. The position requires collaboration with the Europe-based leadership team to develop and implement an expansion-focused business plan for the Indian market.
  • The individual will be responsible for reporting to the client company group's board periodically and attending twice-yearly board meetings in person, typically hosted by one of our client company's UK or European offices.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting a local team and providing inspiring leadership to train and motivate colleagues to ensure the highest standards of delivery as the office grows.
