At @ Six Sigma, we are seeking a Senior Service Desk Expert to join our team. This role is responsible for providing high-level technical support and assistance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to clients
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support role
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in IT systems and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
