Business Growth Role

We're building a leading cat food brand and scaling fast. We're looking for a generalist business role that involves working closely with founders on cross-functional initiatives.

This is an intense, always-on, high-impact role that requires juggling multiple initiatives and rolling up your sleeves to get the job done.

The role will involve working with different business functions to solve problems with first-principle thinking, perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys collaborating across functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners — bring clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams on initiatives to maximise revenue — from identifying and fixing funnel leakages to shaping pricing/packaging strategies and enabling the team with better processes and tools.
  • Work closely with Customer Success teams to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn — through both strategic inputs and process design.
  • Drive revenue and capacity planning, working with the team leads to ensure resources and targets are aligned.
  • Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards, ensuring accurate, actionable data is available for decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Love all things business and sales and be willing to get hands dirty to get the job done.
  • Be able to context-switch between domains (support → sales → CX) without losing depth.
  • Comfortable with early stage startup imperfections and able to operate in disorder.
  • Have extremely high agency and adaptability to make things happen.
