Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences to guests.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the hotel's brand standards and guest expectations.
  • Monitor kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant of good standards.
  • Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is an advantage.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
  • Basic Computer Skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System.
