Senior Project Manager Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide product delivery management and leadership for one or more software product delivery engagements.
  • Ensure delivery outcomes such as quality, schedule, and cost for products.
  • Manage commercial aspects (specifically gross margins).
  • Oversee people engagement with direct reporting of PMs/Leads and next-level reporting of delivery teams; own succession planning for products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience.
  • 15-18 years of overall experience with 5+ years on experience in program or product management with large, geographically distributed teams.
  • Extensive experience with Agile and/or SAFe practices with a passion to transform processes.
  • Strong business communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience moving delivery engagements to higher levels of maturity.
  • Consultative and solutions-oriented with prior experience structuring or defining solutions-oriented delivery engagements and troubleshooting critical delivery issues.
  • Self-starter who can take initiatives and get things done.
