Project Leadership Opportunity

We're seeking a strategic leader to spearhead operational projects within our production unit.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, preferably in the nutraceutical, dietary supplement, or food manufacturing industry. Strong analytical skills and ability to work autonomously are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage production-related projects, including operations, quality, compliance, logistics, maintenance, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Act as liaison between teams, ensuring effective communication and timely updates.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, manage resources, identify dependencies, and monitor timelines.
  • Monitor project budgets and track costs to optimize resource usage.
  • Identify and evaluate project risks, proposing mitigation strategies and resolving challenges constructively.
  • Improve SOPs and workflows to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress, productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with relevant standards, collaborating with QA/QC teams.
  • Utilize project management tools to organize tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor overall project flow.
  • Cross-functional collaboration is crucial for aligning goals and ensuring seamless execution.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in project management within an industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, FDA, and FSSC 22000 regulations.
  • Proven data analysis, budget management, and resource optimization skills.
  • Professional-level English communication and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, agility, and fast-learning abilities.
  • High level of initiative, ownership, and solution-driven attitude.

PREFERRED QUALITIES:

  • Prior experience in the food, nutraceuticals, or supplement industry.
  • Experience coordinating with international teams.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
