Job Title:

A Senior Web Developer is required to lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications using Node.js and MongoDB.

  • Leads the design and development of complex systems and shipping scalable, high-performance web apps in production.
  • Owns features end-to-end—from architecture and implementation to testing, deployment, and optimization.
  • Drives technical decision-making across products and platforms , ensuring stability, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Integrates and optimizes AI-assisted development tools, enhancing reliability, minimizing hallucinations, and improving developer productivity.
  • Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and AI Research to deliver impactful features.
  • Mentors and supports fellow engineers, contributing to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. Proactively identifies and resolves performance, scalability, and security issues.
  • Requirements
  • Expert-level proficiency in Node.js and MongoDB, with a strong understanding of backend architecture and performance optimization (6+ years).
  • Solid experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and building full-stack web applications.
  • Knowledge of SEOProven track record of architecting complex systems and shipping scalable, high-performance web apps in production.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, API design, and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and passion for pushing the boundaries of AI in the software engineering lifecycle.
  • Ability to guide technical architecture, make high-impact decisions, and mentor other engineers.
  • Experience with code quality, testing, deployment pipelines, and optimizing dev workflows.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
