Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Academic Counsellor (Trainee). This role offers a unique opportunity to start your career in sales and academic counselling, with a chance to grow into a full-time Academic Counsellor.

About the Role

  • Mentor and guide students on our curriculum to foster their academic growth.
  • Support parents and students through in-house counselling sessions to address their needs.
  • Convert potential leads into admissions through consultative sales, leveraging strong communication skills.
  • Build long-term relationships with students and parents by providing exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, academic counselling, or BDA is preferred but not necessary.
  • Freshers with 0–3 months of experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • A passion for education and mentorship is required.
  • Target-driven individuals who are eager to grow in a sales-oriented career are ideal candidates.
