Job Title: Corporate Security Manager

Job Description:

  • Support the day-to-day operations of physical security across the facility, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with crisis management and business continuity teams to develop emergency response plans and protocols.
  • Ensure proper identification and authorization procedures are followed during front desk security operations.
  • Monitor and maintain security systems, including Access Control, CCTV, and Visitor Management.
  • Coordinate security logistics and risk assessments for international travel.
  • Provide guidance and support to 3rd party security teams with overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage.
  • Act as a primary point of contact and liaison, facilitating planning, coordination, and communication during incident activation and response.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in physical security operations, crisis management, emergency services, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a security systems IT-oriented role, supporting security systems such as access control, CCTV, visitor management, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Indirect leadership experience.
  • Experience training/educating individuals on policy and procedure.
  • Knowledge of risk assessments, threat analysis, and emergency preparedness.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
