Corporate Application Manager

Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the lifecycle of corporate applications, ensuring optimal performance and scalability across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Darwinbox, SAP Treasury, and strong exposure to regulatory interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Application Ownership & Management:
    • Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of corporate applications (HRMS, Finance, Admin, Operations, Sales & Legal).
    • Ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalability of platforms like Darwinbox, SAP Treasury.
    • Ability to support integration of COTS, BESPOKE & Cloud Native applications.
    • Experience towards Cloud Platform – AZURE & AWS.
    • Knowledge of AI & Agentic AI application use cases.
    • Evaluation and development of new applications.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Support:
    • Liaise with external regulators such as UIDAI and Aadhaar authorities.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory standards.
  • Project & Change Management:
    • Support IFRS-related application changes and enhancements.
    • Drive application upgrades, CRs, and integration projects.
  • Incident & Problem Management:
    • Lead resolution of application-related incidents.
    • Ensure adherence to internal ITIL processes for change, incident, and problem management.
  • Vendor & Budget Management:
    • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs.
    • Track and optimize application budgets and licensing costs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Admin, Legal, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
    • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain application documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.
    • Provide regular updates to leadership on application health, risks, and roadmap.
  • Adherence to Information Security Compliance
    • Mitigating VA / PT observation from Info-Security Team.
    • Ability to face internal & external audit.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certifications in ITIL, SAP, or relevant platforms preferred.
