
Strategic Human Resource Leader

As a pivotal member of our organization's management team, the Deputy General Manager Human Resources will play a strategic role in driving business success by aligning human resource practices with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage end-to-end HR operations within a manufacturing setting to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture that enhances productivity and workforce efficiency.
- Maintain effective industrial relations (IR) and develop strong union/worker relationships while ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Optimize human capital utilization through the oversight of time office, payroll, attendance, and shift management systems.
- Implement HR policies, performance management systems, and career development frameworks to support business growth and expansion.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and welfare regulations in line with factory and distillery operations.
- Provide expert HR guidance and support as a strategic partner to plant leadership.
- Manage disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution with fairness, transparency, and professionalism.
We seek an experienced professional with a strong educational background and at least 15 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of labor laws, IR, and statutory compliance, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
