Talent Acquisition & Development:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting globally, from strategy to execution, building diverse and high-performing teams.
- Partner with business leaders to design headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring.
- Launch training, onboarding, and development programs to support long-term growth.
Performance & Culture:
- Build a global performance management system with measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks.
- Drive company-wide engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
- Champion a culture of ownership, excellence, and collaboration across all offices.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws in each region.
- Draft and maintain global employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.
- Partner with legal counsel to manage sensitive HR and compliance matters.
