Internal Audit Manager Job Description

Our organization is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the internal audit function, ensuring that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in auditing, with experience in managing teams and conducting thorough audits. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

  1. Manage and lead a team of auditors to conduct regular audits of our financial processes and systems.
  2. Identify and report on areas of risk within our operations, providing recommendations for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement effective audit plans to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in handling unit accounts and finance, taxation, store handling, MIS, segment costing, and ERP- Contract and System.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently to outstation locations.
