At Cyfuture, we are on a mission to stay ahead of the curve in a hyper-growth context. As a Learning and Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and executing comprehensive training programs that enable business objectives.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will collaborate with Business Units and Functional Heads to assess training needs across various departments and roles. They will identify organizational needs through assessments, performance evaluations, and feedback from various sources.

A key responsibility of this role is to handle end-to-end Campus Onboarding Program, ensuring a seamless experience for employees. Additionally, they will design, curate, and implement training programs, including workshops and seminars, that cater to the diverse needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campus Onboarding Program Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive onboarding program for new employees, focusing on their integration and development within the organization.
  • Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with Senior Management, Leadership & HR to identify training needs across various departments and roles, ensuring a data-driven approach to talent development.
  • Organizational Development: Analyze organizational needs through assessments, performance evaluations, and feedback from various sources, providing actionable insights to drive growth and improvement.
  • Training Program Design and Delivery: Design, curate, and implement comprehensive training programs, including workshops and seminars, that cater to the diverse needs of the organization.
  • Training Session Conduct: Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, ensuring engaging and informative content that drives learning and development.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement and ensuring the highest standards of quality.
Requirements
  • Pg/MBA with Relevant Experience: Possess a Postgraduate degree in Management or related field with at least one year of relevant experience in Learning & Development and Campus Onboarding.
  • Certification in Training or L&D: Hold a certification in training or Learning & Development or instructional design, such as CPLP.
  • Corporate Training Experience: Have extensive experience in designing and delivering corporate training programs that cater to diverse audiences.
  • Learning and Development Methods: Possess knowledge of effective learning and development methods, ensuring a holistic approach to talent development.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills, ensuring seamless execution of training programs.
