
Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Development Professional to spearhead new business growth, identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities, and drive revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify potential new clients within our target markets, leveraging cold calling, email outreach, networking, and industry events to generate qualified leads.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with new clients, working to understand their organizational goals and challenges to provide them with effective and valuable solutions.
- Strategic Selling: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate the unique value proposition of our products/services to key decision-makers.
- Pipeline Management: Meticulously track and manage sales activities and pipeline progress using the company's CRM system.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and effectively position our offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: B.Tech & MBA (preferred)
- Experience: Min 8-15+ years
- Behavioural Skills: Confident, CXO conversationalist, Go-getter Attitude, Ability to take risk, Collaborative
