About this role:

We are seeking a senior leader to shape our compensation and rewards strategy.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive global compensation framework, focusing on establishing a standardized approach, driving differentiated programs, and managing key aspects such as job architecture, benchmarking, STIPs, LTIPs, and global benefits administration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing a global compensation framework and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and competitive market practices.
  • Overseeing the creation and continuous improvement of differentiated rewards programs, including short-term incentives (STIPs), long-term incentives (LTIPs), and executive compensation.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive job architecture model to ensure consistent and equitable job classifications, structures, and career progression paths across the organization.
  • Conducting global compensation benchmarking to ensure competitiveness in attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.
  • Leading the development of compensation surveys, cost models, and market analysis to ensure that compensation packages align with global industry standards and company objectives.
  • Administering and managing global benefits programs, ensuring consistency and competitiveness across regions while aligning with employee needs and organizational goals.
  • Providing detailed analytical support and insights for compensation planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including the preparation of costing models for compensation strategies.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership and HR teams to evaluate and recommend compensation solutions that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance.
  • Developing, maintaining, and updating compensation-related reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Communicating total rewards programs to employees, ensuring clarity, understanding, and alignment with organizational culture.
  • Ensuring compliance with all local, national, and international compensation regulations, and monitoring any legislative changes that may impact compensation and benefits programs.
  • Managing and developing a team of Total Rewards professionals, ensuring continuous development and delivery of high-quality work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in a senior Total Rewards or Compensation and Benefits leadership role, preferably within a global IT services or technology company.
  • Strong expertise in establishing and managing a global compensation framework, job architecture, and rewards strategy.
  • In-depth experience with compensation benchmarking, STIPs, LTIPs, and executive compensation practices.
  • A strong background in global benefits administration, including the design and management of benefits packages across different regions.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including experience in data modeling, statistical analysis, and advanced Excel functions.
  • Expertise in creating and presenting high-level PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences, with the ability to clearly communicate complex data and insights.
  • Experience in developing compensation surveys and costing models, with the ability to provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
  • An excellent understanding of market trends in compensation and benefits, particularly within the IT services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and present ideas persuasively to senior management.
  • The ability to manage and mentor a team, providing leadership and guidance on Total Rewards initiatives.
  • Familiarity with global compensation regulations and compliance requirements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in compensation, benefits, or total rewards are highly desirable.
  • Experience in implementing and managing global compensation tools and software.
